We work very closely with public and private school districts to meet their students' related services staffing needs, serving as a strategic partner and an extension of each district’s team. Our steps
Working with ESS is very simple
CONNECT
In our free consultation, we’ll learn about your district, school, and evaluation needs, while assessing if ESS is the right fit. Email us your district details or schedule a consultation call today—we’d love to connect!
CONTRACT
After reviewing your evaluation needs, we’ll coordinate with your SPED Director or supervisor to set up the contract. It’s simple—just a few signatures, and we can start scheduling evaluation dates right away.
ASSESS
As soon as the contract is approved, one of our licensed school psychologists will start working on the case(s). Once testing is complete, the final Evaluation Team Report (ETR) will be sent to the Team Chairperson in the preferred format.
FINISHED!
Our role ends after testing, reports, and the eligibility meeting. We’ll email you a survey about our services and look forward to working together again.
Who Are Our Clients
Our clients are school districts that do not have the necessary staff to remain in compliance. Due to the national shortage of school psychologists, we strive to provide high-quality evaluations for students so that they can receive the appropriate special education services within their school district. We work in collaboration with all stakeholders in a district to ensure that student's needs are being met. Our school psychologists have years of experience working with students in their school setting environment. They are very knowledgeable and highly qualified professionals licensed and certified in the state of Illinois.
